Exchange & Returns

We offer free return shipping for all domestic and international orders within 14 days of delivery, for store credit only. To start your return, just log into your account. Under “Order History,” select “Make A Return.”

If you checked out as a guest or need extra help, email us at desk@bonnieonarocket.com with the following details:

1. Your order number (or name and address).

2. The item you’d like to return/exchange and why (e.g., wrong size, not as pictured). Please make sure the product is brand new with original tags, labels, and packaging. If it’s defective, include a description and photos.

3. Our Customer Support team will get back to you within 48 hours.

4. Once you receive your return label, please ship the order back within 3 working days to finalize the return.

Delivery

Shipments typically arrive within 2-5 business days, but timing may vary due to weather, customs, or other unexpected factors.

All shipments are usually shipped with DHL.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Austria and the Netherlands

If the product you’re purchasing is in stock, it’ll be shipped within 1-2 business days.

If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation after that, feel free to reach out to customer support at desk@bonnieonarocket.com.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once your order has been submitted.

Bonnie On A Rocket takes care of all taxes and duties for the countries we ship to.
