In case you didn't fall in love with your new piece we are now offering to returns for all domestic and international orders within 14 days of delivery. To start your return, just email us at desk@bonnieonarocket.com with the following details:

1. Your order number (or name and address).

2. The item you’d like to return/exchange and why (e.g., wrong size, not as pictured). Please make sure the product is brand new with original tags, labels, and packaging. If it’s defective, include a description and photos.

3. Our Customer Support team will get back to you within 48 hours.

4. Once you registered your return, please ship the order back within 3 working days to finalize the return and get your refund

After receiving your return request, we’ll send you a return label.

Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Shipments typically arrive within 2-5 business days, but timing may vary due to weather, customs, or other unexpected factors.
